Order Confirmation: After placing your order, we’ll promptly send you an email to confirm receipt. Another email will follow to confirm the dispatch, indicating acceptance of your order.

-Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation: For COD orders, an order confirmation email will be sent. Your order will be considered confirmed upon your acknowledgment through email or mobile confirmation.

Dispatch and Delivery: Dispatch of ordered product(s) may occur at different times. We meticulously inspect and package your products before entrusting them to our reliable delivery partners.

Delivery Process: Our trusted partners will deliver your package at the earliest convenience. If any issues arise, such as difficulty reaching the provided address or scheduling delivery, they will contact you promptly to resolve the matter.

Dispatch Timeframe: We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days, and maximum 4 days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges: Enjoy free shipping for orders equal to or above INR 495. For orders below INR 495, a shipping charge of INR 75 will apply.

International Shipping: Currently, Biovitalia caters to domestic orders only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
